Shipping policy

As of the order, we have a 7 days deadline to deposit your parcel at a conveyor. The return of one or more products will be at the customer's expense and there is no refund on shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. Some products are made on demand, the time of production and expedition can lengthen the delivery time.
